Some years ago I tried to sell an investment unit at a time when prices were escalating. I had two proposals from real estate agents. One proposal was simple and had a realistic price range. As a Freshwater unit seller located in country NSW I was very happy with the initial and ongoing communications received. All aspects of the marketing process were fully explained and regular feedback given on buyer interest. Whilst the auction was unsuccessful, Cranston continued to chase up potential purchasers with the unit sold for a satisfactory price within another four weeks.
