When I contacted Cristina to list my investment propoerty, she said she had some investment buyers interested in the area. Within 2 days Cristina had spoken with the tennants and arrange for a buyer to inspect. They made an offer which I accepted. Agent Cristina was very helpful in everything, explaining many details and advised settlement agents and building inspection companies, we got our financial approval much earlier than expected, no one pressed us to urge settlement date. Some miss understanding were with a financial approval letter, but Cristina explained what exactly should be included in that letter to satisfy both sides. Remax agency also helped with finding tenants for our property before settlement, so it is pleasant bonus to everything that was done.
