Cristina Botha was one of the best Agents I have ever had dealings with, she went on to help us beyond the call of duty,I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for property in Perth.
The team have great local knowledge and were a delight to deal with. Cristina made the whole process easy with her knowledge and experience, she alleviated any concerns I had with selling my house in this difficult market, she explained the process from beginning to end, I was given weekly updates via email as well as text messages after each home open. I have no hesitation in recommending the Brett White Team.
Cristina was absolutely incredible at her job on every single step of the process, we was kept informed about every little detail which meant the world to Laura and I, Thank you for being a part in making our dreams come true!
We were lucky enough to work with Cristina, she was amazing! It was our first time buying a house and she Cristina was so patient and helpful. We both work late hours and she would always be able to meet us anytime with a smile on her face!
I found Cristina to be friendly and helpful in process purchasing an investment property.
I can't rate highly enough Cristina and the team from REMAX. Cristina was extremely knowledgable and very supportive during a very challenging time (COVID19 hit right in the middle of my property sale). I have no hesitation in recommending Cristina - I honestly don't think I would have sold my property and felt happy to have done so without her encouragement and support.
Helped us every step of the way; never failed to return a phone call and guided us through a difficult and lengthy sale. Highly recommended.
Professional, friendly and honest. It has been such a blessing to have Cristina smooth out the process of buying our first home.
We were very impressed with Cristina . She kept us in the loop with everything . She never gave up on us . We will recommend her to our friends and family when it comes to a time when they want to sell .
Cristina came highly recommended to us by friends who had great success selling their home. At a time when the property market is very low, Cristina remained a constant positive in an otherwise stressful situation. Having had terrible experiences with other Perth realtors, Cristina was a pleasant surprise to us, not only demonstrating her impressive marketing skills, but also as a super efficient communicator and extremely knowledgable of the industry. Living overseas, we were worried about how the sale of our house would be handled once we weren't there to oversee everything, but Cristina's strong communication and advice helped us feel at ease and comfortable that the right thing was being done for us. We would highly recommend Cristina for the future, her professional yet calm, relaxed manner was exactly what we needed after so many bad experiences in the past, and she restored our confidence that there actually are realtors out there who know what they're doing. Thank you Cristina, we are super grateful to you!
Cristina is a dedicated individual and will assist you in matters large and small.
I was so impressed by the professional service from Christina on a property purchase that I make in Kingsley that I asked her to help sell my old house in Greenwood. Christina immediately gave me a honest and trusting impression the first time I met her and the sale was seamless. The entire sale process for Greenwood was so positive and well planned. Love the can do attitude. Thanks Christina
