Crystal's willingness to care for her clients has enabled me to finally purchase a home for my daughter and myself to live in. As a single mother with a young daughter I have been carefully watching the market for 4 years, waiting for the right property to appear. After the vendor accepted a different offer, Crystal gave me her assurance she would work with me to help us secure a home. I first met Crystal late 2017, or early 2018 I think, when I responded to a brochure in my letter box regarding free house valuations. I was interested in possibly moving to Qld in 2019. She was very professional, showed great local knowledge and impressed me with the homework she did on my property before she gave me the value. Unfortunately, in May 2018, my father had a stroke and we had to put him in a nursing home and sell his house. I didnt hesitate to call Crystal, who had continued to touch base with me every few months to see how my plans were travelling. Our timing could not have been worse due to the downward spiral of the Sydney market and we didnt get what we wanted for Dad's property, but we got there in the end, mostly due to Crystal's persistence and creative ways to get attention for Dad's property. (Virtual furnishings) If and when I decide to sell my house, I wont hesitate to give it to Crystal as I know she will have my best interests at heart.

Crystal helped us sell our block of land in a very challenging environment. The market was low with fewer buyers but Mcgrath’s Crystal Dezwart found a buyer that was willing to pay our guided price. She is a true professional and kept us informed thorough out the process. If I was selling again I will use McGrath’s Crystal Dezwart-no doubt.
