Daniel originally contacted us due to the fact that the owners of the apartment we were living in had decided to sell the apartment. We had rented this apartment for approx 7 years and had become fond of the home. We were a little upset over the news as we did not want to move and were worried that the new tenants would not only want new tenants, but also increase the rent. We decided to put our interest forward to purchase the place and won the overall bid. We were not only thrilled about the fact that we could actually call our house our home, but we also found out that we got a great deal on the apartment and that is always good to hear from the buyers perspective. He came to our place to inspect the condition of the apartment and was very courteous and offered to take his shoes off and also wore a mask which made us feel very safe.
