Another important consideration was the depth of the Starr Partners team, which is spread over three offices near to us. Daniel was very clear when explaining his recommended method of sale and marketing approach. He was also transparent in explaining his commission and the options and associated costs of marketing. The day after our property listed, two private inspections were conducted by Daniel and one of his team. We then had an open house and more private inspections involving different team members. This culminated in an attractive offer being received just two weeks after our property listed. After discussing the offer with Daniel, we accepted it and cancelled the planned auction.
