We chose Starr Partners Merrylands because of their excellent sales performance for one of our family members a few years ago. The decision to do so proved correct. Over the sale period we dealt with a fair few staff members over the phone and face to face regarding various aspects of the sale, and on each occasion they were friendly, courteous, efficient and we found them to be very good at what they do. Our main contact was Daniel Starr who we found to be very knowledgeable (as one would expect!) regarding selling our unit. We chose the property launch method and our at the end of a two week launch period we had a buyer, at a price we were happy with. (Unfortunately this buyer's finances fell through, however, shortly afterwards, another buyer was found.) Open home inspections were conducted on time, and often additional appointments were made for prospective buyers during the week. One of the positives I found was the buyer feedback report, giving an idea of the number of people who viewed the property and their thoughts. My main impression is the courteousness and professionalism displayed by all Starr Partner representatives that we dealt with, including the wealth of information provided regarding open homes and sale progress in general, from beginning to end. Added to this is the approachability of Daniel, who always replied promptly to any query I made with him.

Daniel is a well respected and known agent in the area and well across the local property trends. His advice an guidance are pretty much spot on a super realistic. He isn't the cheapest nor you should select the agent on the cost basis -- you get what you pay for and from this perspective, Daniel and his team are worth every penny. Before calling Daniel, we were trying to sell ourselves but could not secure what we wanted -- albeit it was higher, it wasn't dramatically huge difference preventing us from selling it. I guess the reason is that impartial and knowledgeable 3rd party and Daniel fulfilled that role extremely well. Lastly, Dan has a truly magical demeanour that is super soft while commands attention, authority and respect
