He isn't the cheapest nor you should select the agent on the cost basis -- you get what you pay for and from this perspective, Daniel and his team are worth every penny. Before calling Daniel, we were trying to sell ourselves but could not secure what we wanted -- albeit it was higher, it wasn't dramatically huge difference preventing us from selling it.
