Since day one, Mathew was transparent about the purchase negotiation. He was flexible for an online inspection and initial negotiation. Documentation provided, such as market valuation, property details (videos, photos, Body corporate docs) helped with purchase decision. There was an extra challenge for this purchase since everything happened overseas and that creates delay for documentation logistics, witnessing and validation abroad. There was a necessity to extend the settlement date in one week and Mathew acted with professionalism and optimism even when the situation seamed to be unresolvable.
