Given I am outside Australia, he was very responsive even though I reached him at odd hours. Honestly I was dreading this sale, wondering how I can do this from far and Matt made this easy recommending right solicitors and worked closely with property managers. As we had not sold a property for many years, Mathew was very helpful in his advice which he gave freely before we had signed up with him.
