Daiman's focus was always on achieving a success for his client. His was a battle to be won. An intelligent reader of the market, I congratulate Daiman for bringing the right values to the negotiating table. Decent, hardworking, honest, a person one can confidently place trust in. No guile with Daiman, he presents with character.

Daiman and the team at Fletchers have been outstanding from the outset. We could not have picked a better person to sell our house. He is reliable, honest, diligent and above all, an excellent communicator. We would highly recommend Daiman to sell any house!

Could not have asked for a better agent to sell our home! Daiman always had our interests in mind as we negotiated the sale. He was upfront, honest, responsive and worked really hard to get the best possible sale price. We would highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Daiman as he was extremely professional and reliable throughout the whole campagn. His communication and feedback was faultless and his follow up after every inspection was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate in engaging Daiman again to sell our house next time!

We can highly recommend Daiman as an Agent, his communication was excellent, knows the local area extremely well and gave very good advice. A very experienced and knowledgeable Agent.

I had a great time with Daiman during my purchase time. He is very nice and trustful person. I would like to recommend him to every my friends who want to buy or sell.

Thank you Daiman for all your support over the campaign and a successful auction. It was such a pleasure to work with you and the Fletchers team and you made the process very easy under our circumstances. This is the second time we have work with you and your team and we will no doubt continue to work together in the future. Thanks again for all your hard work and commitment to selling our house.

Although the reserve price was not reached we were happy with the action results. We interviewed 3 other local agents & in my opinion, they either underquoted, wanted further monies spent on the property to make their job easier or made other excuses. Damian & Reno showed genuine interest in marketing the property & suggested a reasonable sale price. They also indicated they had contacts with developers which was vital in the sale of this property.

Patience, persistance, perseverance and market knowledge = Great Outcome = Daiman Kane. More than happy to provide personal testimonial if required.

This is the second home I have sold with Daiman from Fletchers. When I sold my first home with Daiman, what was a stressful process was made easier with Daiman's professional, understanding and very efficient approach. So when I decided to sell my home again recently I didn't hesitate to call Daiman, and as usual, he was great. Highly recommended.

Daiman and the team at Fletcher's are very honest and reliable very professional in their work Keep up the good work
