Selling of my house happened in very quick succession to purchasing another house that was not planned by any means. Called Daiman at very short notice and he responded virtually immediately and everything seemed to happen very quickly after that from preparing house to taking photos to putting on internet. From initial contact with Daiman my house was on the internet 1.5 weeks later and sold 4 days later at the first open house. Whole process seemed to run like clock work and really managed his end exceptionally well. His team of people were highly professional and knew their job. Would highly recommend him to anybody selling a house and would not hesitate in using him again.
I highly recommend Damien to anyone requiring an agent. He is very credible and works with both the vendor and the purchaser to broker a deal that is fair for both parties. Most agents are just interested in working for the vendors, but Damien will also work with the buyer and does his best to broker a deal. he is deligent and always returns calls, and follows through with his word.

I have worked closely with Daiman over the past few weeks during the campaign to sell my property. Prior to listing my property with Daiman, he provided me with sound advice on how best to prepare for sale, provided options as to how best promote the property during the advertising campaign and, after listing, headed up a professional team of people who helped me achieve the desired result at the auction of my property. The promotion of my property was conducted in a structured and timely manner and I was kept well informed throughout the whole sales process. The sale price achieved at auction was very pleasing for me as a vendor but I believe the purchaser has paid a fair market price for the property. This is supported by the fact that there were several bidders "on the day" with the highest bid being only very slightly above bids made but other buyers.
