Had a couple of occasions during the campaign where I had to prompt these agents to "get the lead out" - they did not give the impression of being very proactive. Have dealt with quite a few different agents in the past; never had one threaten to hang up on me. The final impression was having my agent advise me the house was not likely to sell to an Asian buyer and dismissively imply that I had no idea of my property value and should lower my price - only to have it sell for the price I had to insist on (to an Asian buyer) within a couple of weeks. I have no idea how hard they actually worked on the sale - I do know they wasted effort working on me, and if I'd been any less firm with them I would have ended up tens of thousands worse off (based on their "expert advice"). Ultimately I have a price I can accept, with little confidence it was the best possible price.
