I have been very fortunate to now have Daiman act as our agent on two properties. His professionalism and attention to detail ensures a hassle free sales campaign and settlement process. Clearly he well understands the Eastern suburbs market, has a skilled team behind and simply delivers the required results. I highly recommend Daiman to anyone who is looking for a reliable , trustworthy and professional sales agent. ( we would not consider anyone other than Damion - when selling or buying our next property. )

Myself and my family have been on the hunt for a property for the past 20 months. We have meet a lot of agents in this time with the majority of them offering great service. We then had the pleasure of meeting Daiman Kane at the 1st inspection of this property. Within 3 days of viewing the property we were the successful owners. Daiman's service was impeccable, he kept us informed and up to date with all aspects of the property and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Daiman you are a ripper!

Following solid interest from our first open for inspection Daiman worked diligently to secure a quick sale that delivered a great result. I have known Daiman for over 15 years and have used his services as both a buyer and a seller. I have always found his approach to be open and honest and hence I have no problems in recommending him to any prospective vendor.

We really appreciated the direct no nonsense approach from Daiman which resulted in us securing our dream home. Daiman acted with integrity and honesty in our dealings which is all that can be asked and was very much appreciated.

We were impressed by Daiman's market understanding and selling approach outlined at the start and confirmed by friends for whom he had sold previosly. Daiman indicated prices above those we had expected then set advertised price a it higher - perhaps because prices were still increasing. He kept us well informed on progress and possibilities throughout. The price finally achieved exceeded most of our expectations though was a little below the advertised range and has a fairly long settlement time. We are happy with the choice to have Daiman sell our property.

Daiman had a very clear understanding of the market and obtained a quick sale obtaining a price that was consistent with my expectations. Daiman communicated regularly and as such I was kept fully informed throughout the sales process.

Daiman is a truly professional, hard working, delight local agent to deal with. He did a fantastic job through the whole sales process and the property was sold on the auction day during lockdown.

Daiman knows the area well and was confident that we would achieve a strong price for our property. He is highly efficient and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Daiman to anyone wanting to sell their property in the area.

Daiman was well organised and communicated an effective, no nonsense campaign to us. His communication during the sale process was good as was his collaboration during the closure period. We achieved a very solid outcome during what has been a difficult time with covid restrictions. This is the second property we has sold through Daiman and would have no hesitation in recommending him to prospective vendors and buyers.

We had a happy experience selling our house with Daiman's help. He has a warm, open manner and an excellent professional and personal network. He was able to call on all the right people to help us show off our house to best advantage, and to organise the marketing campaign quickly and efficiently. After only three open houses, a snap lockdown was called and, when a good offer was made, Daiman worked hard to make sure we were able to sell ahead of the proposed auction date at a very satisfying price. He and his team are easy to work with - friendly, responsive, and transparent. We recommend Daiman highly.

Daiman helping us from the last 15 years from our first home ( 2006) to purchase of dream house in 2016 and now selling our old house . He did everything to give us comfort and best outcome.

Just sold our property through Daiman recently. Very happy with the result. Sometimes things happened beyond anyone's control. That is when experienced agent comes in. Daiman gives you lot of ideas and also listens what clients want. Great negotiation skills. I would recommend Daiman to anyone want sell their property in the area.
