Daiman indicated prices above those we had expected then set advertised price a it higher - perhaps because prices were still increasing. He kept us well informed on progress and possibilities throughout. The price finally achieved exceeded most of our expectations though was a little below the advertised range and has a fairly long settlement time. We are happy with the choice to have Daiman sell our property.
