We were impressed by Daiman's market understanding and selling approach outlined at the start and confirmed by friends for whom he had sold previosly. Daiman indicated prices above those we had expected then set advertised price a it higher - perhaps because prices were still increasing. He kept us well informed on progress and possibilities throughout. The price finally achieved exceeded most of our expectations though was a little below the advertised range and has a fairly long settlement time. We are happy with the choice to have Daiman sell our property.
