We contacted three agents, initially for the purpose of obtaining a drive by valuation for the administration of my mother's estate. One agent didn't respond to my telephone message. Another missed the first appointment. Dale, however, came bounding in, on time and full of enthusiasm. Dale persuaded us it was a good time to sell and gave us a range that he said we could expect to sell the property for. We had our second appointment with the agent who missed the first appointment and the top of the range given by that agent was $200K less than the low of Dale's range. Dale knew we did not wish to be bothered by offers under the minimum price in his range and he did not bother us, waste our time or try to bully us in any way. We sold within Dale's range with a minimum of fuss and we can highly recommend him. A pleasure to deal with and straight up and down. Madi Holt and the rest of Dale's team were also excellent - very professional and genuine.
