My first contact with Dale was about a year ago when I was considering selling my property at Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast. Dale provided an honest appraisal of the property and I then kept in contact with him during this period prior to placing the property on the market. As I lived interstate I was nervous about managing the selling of the property remotely. To prepare the property for sale Dale worked with the letting agent to organize entry to the property for quotes for new carpets and painting of the property. Dale was able to provide names of painters , carpet contractors etc. all who provided acceptable quotations (they weren't trying to rip me off). Dale then managed the contractors to complete the work updating me daily on the progress. Once the house was ready to be put on the market Dale ensured that all advertising was ready for the marketing campaign. As the house now looked like new, the photos looked amazing, and on the first open there was plenty of interest - within 3 and a half weeks an ideal offer was presented and settlement occurred within the following 4 weeks.
