Dale provided support for the sale of our property above and beyond what anyone could expect. This went to the extent of planning and implementing a comprehensive refurbishment of the property (repairs, paint, carpet, landscaping, and staging) on our behalf in preparation for sale, assisting us greatly as we were located overseas at the time. Dale has been in contact with us over a number of years with regard property updates in the area. When we decided it was time time to sell he was the catalyst and the obvious choice for us. But that was the easy part. We gave Dale a set figure that we were happy to walk away with and he worked very hard to get to that figure....3 times as the market changed and deals fell over as finance was not granted to prospective purchasers. When the ultimatum came that we would be returning to the rental market Dale put in additional effort and got the 3rd and final offer on the last day we were willing to wait to.
