I would highly recommend Dale. From the outset he explained the sales process and throughout the campaign we had regular meetings to go through the results of the open inspections. He arranged inspections for people that could not attend the open inspections as well; something I valued. He gave an impression of knowing the market and to put in an effort to get as much people as possible through the property. Throughout the campaign he was very transparent and easy to deal with. Although the property did not sell at auction, the property did sell for more than what I had initially hoped for within two weeks after auction.
