I don't even know where to start as to how much Dallas Foster demonstrated exceptional customer service from the 'get go'. Tash and I have never been through the processes of buying a home and Dallas definitely made it a great, memorable experience. He always kept us informed and in the loop with absolutely everything, made numerous amounts of courtesy calls to check in on us and how things were processing our side. It didn't feel like we were dealing with the "typical Sales Agent" which the average person has created a stigma against, it honestly felt like a friend, someone who genuinely cared and wanted the best for us. We are extremely happy the way things worked in our favour and look forward to referring Dallas to friends and family in the future. To the boss man, this gentleman deserves a pay rise!

I say No because I have no reason to recommend an agent. Dallas is diligent and has broken in to the managers domination of student accommodation at SCU. I have bought 3 units from Dallas in the last year, not sure whether it's me or him that's pushed up the price. A year ago his market knowledge in this niche market was similar to mine at zero, an interesting learning curve for both of us. Being a cynic by nature I would normally rate the credibility of a real estate agent between 0 and 2 so he is more credible than most. If I ring or text I get a very prompt reply, he certainly bends over backwards to get the business.
Dallas was extremely helpful & communicated brilliantly at every stage of my purchase at auction. He is very knowledgeable of the local area & is a damn nice guy to deal with. I have recommended him to my son who is also looking to buy in the area.
Dallas is a lovely genuine guy and we are pleased we have him as our agent. He has been more than helpful, even though we have been through this process before, things have certainly changed since the last time and when we were unsure, he certainly explained everything so that we understood. Dallas is an asset to your agency.
The process with Dallas was predominantly good, but on the first viewing we arranged to view the property and an email had been sent but no follow up call to confirm, so we were unable to view that day, meaning we had to arrange another time on a different day. Because tenants were residing it meant we were unable to view for at least 24 hours, but he did arrange a viewing after his usual business hours because we were both working during the day. We were kept up to date with the negotiations and various delays (which was not the Agent's fault). We are very happy with the outcome and Dallas was very pleasant to deal with.
Unfortunately my view of Real Estate agents are that they are tarred with the same brush to be misleading and manipulative. This review may reflect that on Dallas in some parts. The advertising of the property was misleading in that it made mention of putting forth all offers prior to auction. This was not the case at all. That in itself was disappointing. Dallas is a good young man with the fundamentals of doing the right thing by his clients. It is clear that at this point in his career he is focused on that point but being hamstrung by the older agents within his office that appear to influence his decisions. This influence is the basis of my first sentence in this review. I can only hope that it is realised before becoming entrenched.
We are pleased to say that we engaged the services of Dallas Foster from Ray White Sippy Downs to market and sell our house. I had previously met Dallas through his regular campaigning in our area, so I was confident of his market knowledge of our area. We chose to sell via the Auction process after a 4 week campaign as this suited our personal needs. Dallas was extremely proactive and very informative throughout our whole campaign. We were guided and kept updated almost daily of the interest being shown in our property. After 20 years living in our home, at times my anxiety would kick in, but a simple text from Dallas would reassure me of the process and his support was amazing. He is an extremely approachable and hardworking Real Estate Agent with great interpersonal skills and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends.
