Last year I was introduced to Damian to discuss our then investment property in Bluewater and how we would like to sell it. This was the beginning of our journey with this wonderful young man Damian Dodds. Within 3 days after speaking to Damian, he had already researched the market and gave my husband and I a price point for our property. By the end of the week we had signed a selling agreement contract with Damian. For unforeseen reasons our property wasn’t how we left it 6 years ago or 2 years ago since we had seen it. Without going into it she wasn’t the home we advised to Damian. Damian revaluated and then came up with the next strategy to sell our home. Damians advice was honest, fair and very professional. From start to finish Damian travelled to Townsville to ensure the sale of our property. Even rolling up his sleeves to ensure new owners moved into a clean, safe and rid of vermon home.
