36 real estate agents in Karalee, QLD, 4306

Our experience with Jesse started when we called him out to our home in Karalee for a listing presentation while also seeking his advice on where to focus our efforts and money prior to listing. We had 3 agents out who all have a solid track record in our area and we truly did not know who to list with, but Jesse was the only one who came bearing goods (Coffees!). Jesse was down to earth and could see past the mess our property was at the time and gave clear concise advice without being judgmental, dismissive or condescending like another one of the agents were! It was clear after meeting him that he would be the one listing our property. Jesse and his team started work immediately booking in the photos and videos while also liaising with his buyer pool to bring a few prospective buyers through pre-market. This saw us having 2 very solid offers, both well above our expectations (and what the other agents appraised our property at) before even being on the market or having an open home! Jesse has built solid connections with his buyers and was able to inform us of our options around timing in responding to those offers and knew we had an opportunity to keep them on the table while still running an open home that weekend. After the open home, Jesse leveraged these offers to generate even more interest and an even higher offer from another buyer! After being on the market for less than a week we had 3 offers, all 6 figures above our expectations, and we chose the best one for us! The work didn't stop there as Jesee continued to fight for us through building and pest negotiations and maintained steady communication every step of the way. The cherry on the cake for us was Jesse going out of his way on the evening of settlement to come meet us at our new home to congratulate us on what is often a very stressful and overwhelming journey. We cant thank or recommend Jesse enough and whole heartedly believe everyone in Karalee (or surrounds) should list with him!

Friendly and good local knowledge

The agents and support staff of this Jesse's group are tops for positive enthusiasm and sales talent. Tremendously helpful with good advice for selling situations which call out for imaginative solutions and excellent advice. Very well supported by the agency staff (Lydia) who meet every challenge with a great "can do" approach and invariably offer enthusiastic assistance. Wonderful Team

Jacob was very reliable trustworthy and precise ,very happy with the whole process .

Selling our home with Jacob was such a positive experience from beginning to end. This is the second time we have bought and sold with Jacob. From our very first meeting, he was honest, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. He took the time to explain every step of the process, always kept us updated, and was quick to answer any questions we had, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and manageable. Jacob’s communication was exceptional, and we always felt like we were his priority. His professionalism, attention to detail and strong knowledge of the market gave us complete confidence that our home was in the best hands. At the same time, he was friendly, approachable and truly cared about us, not just the sale. Thanks to Jacob’s hard work, dedication and excellent negotiation skills, we achieved a fantastic result. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. If you’re looking for an agent who is honest, hardworking, trustworthy and genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients, we can’t recommend Jacob highly enough. Thank you, Jacob, for making the entire process such a wonderful experience

Jacob is one of the few agents I have dealt with over some half dozen property sales whom I would recommend to friends and family members. He is down to earth, truthful and not prone to exaggeration. I trusted his appraisal and ongoing market reports during our sale process and his advice was accurate. We were more than happy with Jacob's performance as our agent in every way and he would be our first choice should we ever decide to transact another purchase or sale in his area.

Madison and Taylor were amazing their knowledge of the area was extremely good. They were on time every time. Anytime I needed assistance they were there to help. They have such a wonderful attitude. I am so glad that I chose the girls as my agents. The went above and beyond.

We were impressed with Taylor and Mady from day one. They understood our needs, communicated clearly, and delivered outstanding results. Our home went under offer in just 8 days with multiple offers. Mady even helped fix a deck issue quickly before settlement. They’re efficient, proactive, and genuinely customer focused. Highly recommended. Thank you, Mady & Taylor!

Thank you Gillian and your team for guiding us through the uncharted waters of selling our most treasured possession of thirty three years. Your market knowledge and years of professional experience helped us enormously in understanding the market and the vagaries of the selling protocols. Additionally your attention to details in every respect helped us achieve not only a more than acceptable price for our home but also successfully wrap up the myriad of minor details of disposal of other extraneous items. Prior to us listing the property for sale we interviewed a number of real estate agents in the Karalee area. What appealed to us mostly was your team’s vast experience in this unique and parochial market and your calm and balanced understanding of the whole process which imbued us with confidence that we had made the right decision. Once again, thank you so much. Kind regards Liam and Janet
