What makes Damien stand out to me firstly is he is a really friendly, nice man. He always has a smile on his face, nothing is ever too much trouble, he communicates and guides you through the process of the purchase and does not mind going over something twice or more if needed. He has been outstanding in his communication with myself, relaying to the vendor and returning to me with answers and I have had many many questions. He seems to always be available (7 days a week) or if not will return my calls quickly. I am very happy to recommend Damien Blake to anyone needing to sell or find their home.
