Justin & Belinda did an excellent job selling our house in Tumbi Umbi. They were very professional throughout their campaign & we enjoyed the champagne they gave us on finalising the sale.

We bought our first house on The Coast with Justin, and he has just helped us sell it 16 years later! Target price - exceed. Off-market sale - achieved in record time. Open and honest communication - always. There is a reason why Justin is one of the best Agents on The Coast.

Louise provided clear communication along the entire process keeping us updated with buyers interest and offers along the way in a professional manner.

From the first conversation to well after the sale, Louise kept us fully informed with regular, thoughtful updates. We were navigating a very difficult time as a family, and her kindness, understanding, and honest guidance helped turn a stressful process into a positive experience. We’re truly grateful for the care she showed throughout.

What makes Damien stand out to me firstly is he is a really friendly, nice man. He always has a smile on his face, nothing is ever too much trouble, he communicates and guides you through the process of the purchase and does not mind going over something twice or more if needed. He has been outstanding in his communication with myself, relaying to the vendor and returning to me with answers and I have had many many questions. He seems to always be available (7 days a week) or if not will return my calls quickly. I am very happy to recommend Damien Blake to anyone needing to sell or find their home.

Damian sold us our house so it was only natural to ask him to sell it over a decade later. He did not let us down. Great advice, excellent strategies. Only needed one open house and we got the result. He has a great network of contacts and a wealth of experience to implement strategies that work
