Let me commence by saying I am a Senior Business Development Manager for a large technology based company and I have been in high value sales positions for 30+ years. His skill in the sales process showed great maturity and savy, I never felt ill informed or ignored and I was highly demanding from the start, Damien was responsive to calls and left no details to chance. At auction he managed to negotiate an increase of over 100k from the last bidder who could have easily played hard ball as the last buyer standing. In conclusion he cover every base on my behalf and was totally open and accurate in regard to the value of the property in a shifting market.
