I have only known Damien for a short time but during my dealings with him, I found him to be very helpful, prompt at updating me and giving me feedback, honest in dealing with people, hardworking (possessing a never give up attitude), is very understanding of my situation, and has excellent communication skills. He helped me to clean up my balcony prior to putting up the property on market, which I really appreciated as I was living on my own at the time. After each open house, he was proactive in giving me feedback and updated me at each stage of the sales process. He has never pressured me to sell my property at a lower price despite receiving several offers around my asking price. And although we didn't receive much interest initially, he never gave up and was very diligent and hardworking in trying to increase the interest level. Damien is a very understanding person and helped to urgently cancel an open house one Saturday ( as I had to urgently catch a plane) and notified all prospective buyers. Whilst I was overseas, he worked with my elderly mother to continue the open house process. The property got sold whilst I was on a 1 month overseas holiday and Damien kept me up to date with the process very frequently via Watsapp and emails, as I was quite hard to reach.
