well I can honestly say this was an easy transaction my sister who negotiated on my behalf was very please with Damien. His advertising was the most professional and informative from all the other ones I considered. Real estate agents need to realise that prospective buyer want to see the property not just there faces talking about the property and photos of the location. If the property is crap you still have to show this so people can make an informed decision in pursuing a buy. Well Done Damien he got this sale for the seller

Damien proved to be honest with us in all communications and with his persistence in presenting our home he was able to successfully present an offer which we accepted and contract was signed. Having a unique property in the market place was difficult in attracting the right buyer but Damien continued to present the property with regular open homes over an extended period.
