Damien was very helpful and easy to deal with. He was not pushy and overbearing in trying to sell me the property which was very appreciated. I had been looking at potential properties for a while and was often not impressed with agents really trying to "hard sell" and ultimately hounding me to purchase their property. Damien was just quiet, polite and gave me ample time to have a few looks through the property and to come to my own decision. He was more than happy to respond to questions and to help with information, and had very good local knowledge as well. Overall Damien made a potentially quite stressful major decision relatively easy, and helped with making the purchase negotiations very smooth. Was very please to have dealt with him.
