This review takes into account our entire experience with Bendigo Realestate, both as a property managers and during the sale. Bendigo Realestate property management department treated us, the property owners, with indifference during the 12 months they managed our property. When we travelled from interstate to veiw the property, no one from Bendigo Realestate met with us or provide directions on where the place was. Not good enough. As for the sale, the property was first listed in a Melbourne suburb, then listed at the Melbourne price in its actual location, pricing it well outside the local average and making us appear like greedy Muppets. Needless to say when we dropped the price to within the local average price range it looked like there was something wrong with the property or that we were desperate to sell. Because of this we missed a couple of potential sales opportunities and ended settling for a price at the very low end of the price range. Due to the mistakes made with the inital listing and the failure of Bendigo Realestate to quickly rectify this issues, the property had been listed for well in excess of the average period for a sale making it market stale.

Damien understands the Bendigo market , he approach and team where first class. I have now sold 21 properties with Damien and his team , and would use them to sell again at a heart beat .

Damien gave us a good price range and we got the price we wanted. He coached us through the whole process as it was our first time selling. The selling costs were explained up front so we new what to expect. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and valuable advice was given freely. The internet advertising came up really well.
