21 years ago when we bought our first home, Damien was the selling agent and we were very impressed with the way he acted on behalf of the vendor and how he helped us with the purchase of the property. At our first meeting Damien spent several hours with us imparting his vast market knowledge, including details of local property valuation and movement, the COVID effect on the market and the how the use of social media as part of a 3 stage advertising campaign was significantly boosting the agency's sales. Damien's suggested price range took us a little by surprise, as it was more than we had thought the property was worth. However he was right on target with what the market was prepared to pay and we accepted an offer that was at the high end of the range.
