My siblings and I have never sold a property before and have never being through this process, so we didn’t know what to expect. Upon my first meeting with him, I took him through our family home of 34 years we unfortunately had to sell. This was our childhood home, so as you can imagine there was an immense amount of emotional attachment and was hard for us to do but Damien was empathetic and embraced our feelings and didn’t discard them for the sake of “the sale” like I feel most would. The house had flaws, being half renovated at the time we thought we had a lot of work cut out for us to complete it, but this wasn’t the case at all.
