Dan was tasked with the tough job of selling my home and buying a new home with settlement taking place on the same day! As you can imagine, getting all the stars to align with basically two buyers and two sellers, along with three sets of solicitors and three sets of banks, was extremely intense, and quite complex. This situation brought out Dan's exceptional ability to negotiate the best deal for everyone, while also working to accommodate everyone's needs and wishes. I believe Dan's ongoing communication, honesty and dedication to helping us all work it out, was the main reason that it all went through successfully. I was impressed with how down-to-earth Dan was, and how he genuinely cared about his clients. He was always available and if he couldn't take your call immediately, he would call or text within the hour. This sort of communication is hard to come by these days, and was greatly appreciated, given that buying and selling homes can be quite stressful at times. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use Dan again!
