I found that Dan had very good knowledge of the local area and great advice on pricing and sales strategies. I thought he was super friendly and polite which made the process so much less stressful. He was able to give me very good advice on recent similar sales so that I could adjust prices as needed. I will be returning to him for advice on purchasing a property as well as I feel I can trust him.
