If I could save anyone selling their home with Dan and the whole Carlin Team I would, Dan valued my home for over $600,000 and we ended up selling under $500,000 and it took months to sell! He would ignore my calls and messages and also potential buyers calls! I am not happy with their services at all, I have lost so much through them, they are absolutely horrible to deal with and I know I’m not the only one to say this about them, I have heard of others who had bad running with them too! Stay away stay away from Carlin Team full stop!
