Dan Burbridge did really well to gain an offer on our house within the first few home opens he attended for us. He succeeded where other previous Purple Bricks Agents had very little success over what seemed to be a very long time that our home was on the market for. We had to endure a change in Agent 5 times during our experience with Purple Bricks, in as many months, so literally a new Agent every month or so!. Dan, by coming on board, has stabilized that situation. He also lives locally, so knows the market well in the area that he covers. He was pleasant to deal with, well groomed, a good negotiator, and always returned calls/messages. He is a definite asset to the Purple Bricks team, and highly recommended. We would also like to thank Denise for her assistance, with a special mention going to Paul Kelly, who temporarily helped us out, during a time when we had almost given up hope of receiving any sales service from Purple Bricks. Thank you Paul - you were a champion! Over all, our experience with Purple Bricks was not a good one, but Dan and Paul helped negate that and both agents deserve excellent reviews for their efforts.
