We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Dan. From the very first meeting with him until the end, he stuck to everything he said he would do. He planned out and explained to us very clearly the process of selling our home. He found buyers in the first 10 days and then suggested an underground sale which was fantastic for us as we were still renovating and did not want to advertise that we were selling. We had a contract before we knew it, unfortunately it fell through which was disappointing, but the very next day Dan and his team had another buyer that ended up in our final sale contract for $5000 more than the first contract, which by the way was already $60,000 over our expectation!! This allowed us to then purchase our dream block of land, also through Dan who helped us to negotiate a good purchase price! We are forever grateful for all that Dan and his team has done for us and have become good friends now due to the awesome experience we have had together as client and agent!! You must go to see Dan if you are buying or selling!! Really, you will not look back!!

My property was unusual - it was a large, vacant, treed site, adjoining a National Park. Dan and his team gave me good advice and responded to all of my queries during the marketing of the property. They also kept me informed at all stages of the campaign. It took about 6 months to receive an offer for the property, but that reflected the unusual nature of the property. The offer received was at the upper end of my expectations. Overall, it was a good experience.

Not ever having met Dan personally he did a fantastic job with the purchase of our new home. Even when things appeared to briefly derail he made sure we were strongly represented in front of the seller. All our questions were answered and or actioned in a timely manner. Not that we will be buying again anytime soon but if we had to, we would most definitely use Dan's service again.

When first meeting Dan it is immediately obvious that he is driven, passionate and professional. But we were not prepared for his compassion, generosity, and authenticity. As first time sellers, we had absolutely no idea about anything. Dan was patient with all of our questions, never making us feel foolish. He was present throughout the entire process, keeping us informed of the progress, but also checking in with how we were going personally. At no point did we feel pressured to engage him as an agent, or to settle on an offer that we were not 100% certain on.
