I chose Dan as I had read some of the reviews and was looking to turn over a property with someone who would engage with me a) as a female (too often women are not treated well by real estate and car salesmen) and b) who respected my thoughts and opinions . Dan was incredibly respectful and responsive and always got back to me really quickly. Thanks to his ideas on when to promote and present the property, I received my first offer within 24 hours! Since then he has continued to communicate with me through every stage of the process and at no time did I feel like I needed to chase him. He was also very honest about things that needed to be done and I didn't feel he was spinning me a line. I have built a relationship with Dan over a few sales now. Back in January he brought our family home of 9 years to the market. This was after about 12 months of back and forth conversations and getting his feedback. I learnt he had a great understanding of the local market and works very hard for the seller. This reached us well over asking and a local record for our estate. Recently I have been at the other end of the process and bought an investment property off Dan as the agent for the seller. He again showed ultimate professionalism and although I bought the property at a price I was very happy with he still reached well over asking fro his clients. I think this shows a great skillet and although you feel totally comfortable with him he is always going to work hard and do the best he can for who ever he is working for. Dan made the selling experience easy and stress free. At times we would start to panic, Dan was calm and always had the answers to any issues. Through a tough and unprecedented time of Covid, Dan did an amazing job getting our house the exposure it needed to sell. Dan goes above and beyond from the day of listing through to the sale (even shouted us a nice dinner!). Selling a house is a stressful time and Dan was the only thing going right... We had 2 contracts fall through and Dan had a third contract ready to sign within 3 hours of the second falling through. He always had a plan and a back up, we got the price we wanted as well. Even the final contract hasn't gone smoothly and Dan is always checking in on us and keeping us informed. Even our Solicitor wrote "I love it how you seem to find these things out before me."

Great guy very helpful smoothed out the creases between buyers and sellers. Straight to the point no messing about. I would highly reccomend Dan to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Loved the pre inspection big Blue bow on the door and champagne and glasses to celebrate. The glitter sprinkle through the house was very cute but it got everywhere in the house still finding it in strange places despite cleaning it all up or so we thought. And the really nice touch of pizza delivered to us for dinner on our first night in our new home was priceless. Thank you Dan you are awesome.
