Dan actually sold our property twice! Unfortunately the first contract fell over, so we had to re-market a year later with tenants in the property. Dan was unfazed, he put together a marketing strategy that committed our marketing budget gradually, and gave an honest appraisal of the value of the property. Dan was very effective at managing the challenging task of marketing a property with existing tenants. We achieved a price close to Dan's appraisal and only used less than half of our marketing budget.
