Above and beyond expectations in all areas
We had previously listed our property with another agent for no result then met Dan at an open house he was marketing. We were instantly struck by his professional approach and gregarious nature. We cancelled our listing and relisted immediately with Dan. Our property was quite unique and in a price bracket that didn't appeal to the masses so we understood it would take a little time to sell. When the marketing campaign appeared to have run it's course we regrouped and decided on a different approach and the next open house found our buyer at a price we were very satisfied with. The hunt was then on for a new home and that was a frustrating process as everything coming onto the market at our revised price range was getting snapped up immediately. Through Dan's use of social media we managed to see a property before it was listed on the internet and within 10 minutes of viewing the property we had made an offer that was ultimately accepted after some negotiating. On the day of our settlement the property we were purchasing was left in a substandard condition. Sensing our disappointment, Dan arranged for cleaners and a mowing contractor at his own expense and as a "welcome to your new home" gift. We cannot rate Dan Clarke highly enough and have already referred another listing to him based on our experience. Our experience is that you really only get what you pay for, and Dan's slightly more expensive commission rate was a sound investment in securing our future.
