We first bought a property from Dan about 12 years ago. Since then, we have built up a decent property portfolio. We recently sold a townhouse through Dan and Noel Jones. He secured an unconditional sale within two weeks of our campaign starting. He is a real go-getter. There is nothing he won't do for his clients. He has exceptional market knowledge, is great with buyers, but his best quality in my opinion is his dedication and persistence. He puts the effort in and will not let you down! Other agents will make all sorts of promises to get you to sign up - but Dan delivers!

Recently we decided to get an idea what our house might fetch in the current market. We got multiple agents in to get some ideas and advice, but they all wanted a quick sale and told me not to present the property properly. Dan was the only one that told me to take my time, present it well, he arranged painters and storage for me to de-clutter, and our home looked like a million dollars. Other agents quoted from $900 to $950K. Dan said he could get me over a million and ended up getting me over 1.1 Million. He was in regular contact, answered any and many seemingly silly [to me] questions at any time. I'd never sold a home by myself and it felt like such a mountain of a task but instead it was smooth, seamless and a total pleasure to deal with Dan, who reassured us all the way that it was worth that extra touch here and there and even simple little things like a vase of flowers, a scented candle here and there, lots of light, space and even baking a cake on auction day [which I did] would lift the ambience of the home.
