I was selling my apartment in Mitcham spoke to quite a few agents in Mitcham, but with Dan from the initial meeting, I was very impressed by his enthusiastic approach, and within a day he had put a very specific 4 week plan in place to sell my property. He went through every detail with a realistic approach to my sometimes unrealistic expectations, he kept me informed after every open, and I always felt comfortable that I could achieve what I wanted. My husband and I were first time sellers. We were impressed with the professionalism of Dan and his team. He would answer any questions to ease any stress we were feeling. We had 80 buyers through the property and 6 bidders at the auction. This all took place over 3 weeks. The auction ran seamlessly considering it was brought forward. We were heading into a 7 day lockdown.

Upon meeting Dan at an open for inspection for a property that we were interested in purchasing, we found him to be honest and upfront about the property in question. While we were there Dan asked us what the plans were for our house, having had 7 agents visit our house prior we wanted his thoughts on our home. Dan arrived with Simon from Noel Jones and immediately had great insight as to how we could reach the maximum potential that our house had sell at a high price. He suggested areas of improvement that could be achieved easily and with little cost and walked us through the process painlessly. Achieving a wonderful result, pushing a number of buyers to their limits and working hard for us, Dan was not finished there. He offered to come to an auction on a property that we were bidding on the assist us with our first auction experience, and has since offered us many properties that we could potentially be interested in buying to find our next home.
