Dan was exceptional in the whole process of our house purchase, he was professional and was really helpful in communicating to the sellers exactly where we were at from when we put the offer in to financing and our offer being accepted. We couldn’t have asked for any other person to guide us through the whole process.

Great knowledge and very professional

Dan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchasing process, from the very first inspection all the way through to settlement (and afterwards too!). He was very responsive whenever we had questions and when our offer was accepted he spent his own time on a Saturday night to walk us through the resulting paperwork at our own pace. He made our experience much easier and more pleasant than it otherwise would have been.

We recently sold our house with Dan and honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Dan guided us through the whole process with confidence and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and safe in selling and buying. He knew the legalities to ensure we didn’t go without or make a wrong turn but still have the best shot in buying a house we wanted. If you want to buy and sell I would hands down choose Dan! But just in general he was great!
