We loved working with Dan and found that he covered all bases and made us feel confident about our dealings and was able to answer any questions we had very promptly and keep us in the loop and process of buying a house with great ease. Highly recommend working with Dan and his team.

Dan is an amazing realestate. He worked tirelessly to sell my property. And when it came to the paper work he was so great at explaining everything to me so it made sense. I believe he is a great negotiator and I am happy with the out come he got for my property.

Dan helped out in every single way he could, upon request of any kind of information he was always willing to answer right away or even meet at the designated property desired to my time. Very professional and always went above and beyond. 100% would recommend!

We cannot thank Dan enough for all the effort he put into selling both my mothers house and my brothers house. It was a hard time to sell with the Corona virus in full swing and full isolation etc but through his sheer devotion to us and his career in real estate he did it. He is so easy to talk to and express yourself in what you want would like makes the whole experience so much easier. His professionalism is second to none and we would recommend Dan time and time again. Thanks again Dan for everything.

I was looking for a a new low maintenance house for my mother when I first met Daniel. Although not successful at that time, Dan found a beaut place for me and I purchased the property. That house will now be my new house because Dan assisted me in purchasing a second property in which my mother now resides. So in the space of a few short years Dan has facilitated the purchase of two new properties, sold my original house and is now in process of selling (offer accepted) my mothers house. I am thankful for Dan's continued effort to get good results and I would recommend Daniel as the first stop for anyone considering purchase or sale of property in the Perth northern suburbs.

Dan sold us our first home in a professional and friendly manner. He his well spoken and has good knowledge of his trade. I highly recommend Dan if you are thinking of selling, he will get the job done in a way that pleases all parties involved.

I just make a points - Very Professional , kind, keep us uptodate, knowledgably , Very Helpful , Friendly -No Bad comments at all. Very recommended. Very Happy at the End

For someone like myself who has minimal real estate experience, Dan proved to be the best person in selling a deceased estate. He guided me throughout the process, explaining the options that are available in simple terms. Dan's expertise and open lines of communication were second to none and within a short time he was able to sell the property. His commitment to being available to myself, meant that I could always contact him if I had any questions. Also his follow-up after home opens to both myself and potential buyers, meant that the sale was completed within a short timeframe. I appreciated the concise information he explained to me in regards to the number of people who viewed the property online & after home opens every week. If you want someone who is committed, dedicated, empathetic & knowledgeable, then Dan's your man.

Dan was a pleasure to have as an agent. He was very thorough during the whole process and you knew exactly what to expect during every step of the sale. His knowledge of the market was spot on and his advice, honesty and realistic expectations helped ensure a seamless transaction. The marketing strategy used by Eview is exceptional and broad reaching. There were more people in the house during the first home open than any party I'd ever hosted. His exceptional work ethic ensured the house was on the market and broad reaching in a very short time frame. Dan also wen't well beyond his normal duties to ensure both parties were happy leading up to and post settlement. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking at selling.

Dan was very thorough and supporting when purchasing our new house, he went the extra mile to ensure the property way maintained perfect prior to handover His attention to detail was great and he explained the process very well throughout the time. Dan was extremely helpful throughout the process of negotiating and purchasing our property. He replied to our questions and requests quickly and efficiently and ensured communication between ourselves and the owners was smooth.

Dan is a very easy and friendly person to deal with and we are always happy with the service he provides.
