I was looking for a a new low maintenance house for my mother when I first met Daniel. Although not successful at that time, Dan found a beaut place for me and I purchased the property. That house will now be my new house because Dan assisted me in purchasing a second property in which my mother now resides. So in the space of a few short years Dan has facilitated the purchase of two new properties, sold my original house and is now in process of selling (offer accepted) my mothers house.
