Dan is excellent to deal with. Always honest and truthful, he understands sellers and buyers circumstances very well and try to sort out issues accordingly...also he takes initiatives to resolve most of issues on his own where its reasonable to do so and just let me know as seller of the property. So he adds immense value for seller. But also for buyer, he tries to look after as well. Dan has sold 6 properties for me and every time he has come across as consummate professional.
