Excellent to work with, open with conversation and was kept updated at all times. Thanks Dan!!

Dan is one of the nicest people in the Real Estate industry!! His utmost professionalism comes with a genuine care for everyone he meets. He can be relied on to get the job done with no stress or fuss. This leads to outstanding results for all concerned. We could not recommend Dan more highly for any real estate needs.

Dan was very helpful gave good advise getting house ready and answered all our questions

Dan is excellent to deal with. Always honest and truthful, he understands sellers and buyers circumstances very well and try to sort out issues accordingly...also he takes initiatives to resolve most of issues on his own where its reasonable to do so and just let me know as seller of the property. So he adds immense value for seller. But also for buyer, he tries to look after as well. Dan has sold 6 properties for me and every time he has come across as consummate professional.

Dan is a great person to deal with especially when you are buying your first home. He is genuinely helpful, professional and friendly. Dan kept us up to date every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dan.

Just sold a second property through Carole Seville‘s real estate. I had experienced a number of real estate agents over the years, but I never worked with anyone like Daniel Maccora, a young, enthusiastic and totally focused person. He remembered things, which is not really common practice any more, and followed up things we had talked about without fail. I am an elderly gentleman and Daniel is a young man. Still, we got on like hand in glove.

Dan is incredible ! Kept us updated every step of the way . Extremely responsive to all communication and nothing was too much hassle.

Dan was a pleasure to deal with. We have dealt with many agents in the past on both the selling and buying side. But really appreciate Dan’s honesty and no sales spin approach. His communication was great - always super quick to reply to a query and keep you posted with any progress or updates .. Very Highly recommended

Daniel achieved good price for my villas. He handled entire process from listing appraisal through to settlement in very professional manner. He also went above and beyond and contacted tenants and property manager on my behalf. He also organized repair work himself with my approval in order to facilitate smooth settlement. I would keep using his service for all my upcoming sales.

Dan is very professional and personable and has a very good response time. He organised a number of trades people for me ensuring the sale of the property was smooth and stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate using Dan again in the future and highly recommend him.

Dan was patient and diligent throughout the entire home-buying process. He always made himself available to answer our questions, provide advice, and guide us through each step of the way. Thank you, Dan, for all your hard work, and for helping us to buy our first home!

Dan is excellent. He has good knowledge of current market situation. He has achieved fantastic result for me many times.
