Dan was non-pushy, matter of fact, responsive, attentive and above all -professional in dealings with me and just so pleasant to deal with; while I was the potential (and eventual) buyer, Dan was clearly mindful of his ethical obligation to his seller, this noteworthy because I contacted him at the very last moment (though not yet out of time). In situations such as this that I've been in before, agents have sadly ignored passing on my offers at their sellers' expense. Dan was also down to earth, as were his affiliated staff. I've never bothered doing a positive real estate agent review before, which speaks volumes!

Dan was great to work with! His communication throughout the process was excellent and he kept me updated regularly with feedback and on progress. He was aware of my travel/availability and made sure he worked around that when scheduling viewings or times to chat. He shared his strategies and recommendations but always left the decisions to me. He was also super proactive and made sure that everything was in order (forms all completed and building and pest available prior to the 1 open house) to facilitate a quick sale.
