Why? Firstly, he does what he says he is going to do and not once did we have to chase him to follow up on something previously agreed to action. Second, he is a genuine expert in the profession and knows the market. Many agents will say what you want to hear in order to get you to sign to retain them. In fact, we fell victim to this only to learn post contract sign the agent was just feeding us BS. That turned out to be a waste of time and money...lesson learned. On the other hand Dan will push back and give it to you straight. We don't know this for a fact, but we sense Dan would rather walk away from a potential client who had their head in the clouds on sale value, etc. than mislead the client into a contract knowing the client has no sense of reality/market. Third, Dan actually has a productive active database of potential clients and this was proven in the sale of our property. Fourth, Dan is a strategic thinker. He is aware of the typical methods used in selling a property but he brings new strategies or variations to existing methods that cuts through the noise and information overload potential buyers are dealing with. Fifth and final, Dan stayed with us all the way through the sale, post contract signed by the buyer, and ensured there were no hiccups or surprises prior to closing.
