Dan was great to work with! His communication throughout the process was excellent and he kept me updated regularly with feedback and on progress. He was aware of my travel/availability and made sure he worked around that when scheduling viewings or times to chat. He shared his strategies and recommendations but always left the decisions to me. He was also super proactive and made sure that everything was in order (forms all completed and building and pest available prior to the 1 open house) to facilitate a quick sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone wishing to sell in the area!! Selling was a stress-free, nearly enjoyable process!
