From the first visit to give me an appraisal of the property Dan was very professional and had a great knowledge of the area. His communication skills were excellent and he kept me up to date with everything that was, or wasn't, happening. Even though the sale took longer than first anticipated, due to the timing of putting it on the market, Dan persisted with home opens and eventually got a great result.
