Dan was brilliant to work with for the sale of our Bullsbrook home. He was honest with his thoughts and advice, open and punctual with his communication and his knowledge of the surrounding area was second to none. He was very accurate in his assessment of the market to give us realistic expectations, and we are certain it was his thorough exposure of our property that resulted in a very attractive and quick sale. He made a usually stressful experience as seamless as possible.

I recently bought a property in bullsbrook and Dan explained every thing i needed to know about a rural home, water tank, septic tank and fire breaks. The house settled just before xmas with a couple of hold ups from the banks just doing what banks do. This was a stress to the elderly sellers but i relayed the info daily to Dan who in turn steadied the nerves of the sellers. Everything turned out fine and Dan came into work on a Saturday to get me the keys when i returned from site. All in all very happy.

Dan was there for us right from the beginning. I felt I could ask his advice and didn't feel pressured. He is a quite achiever.

Although I have never met Dan in person, from our first telephone contact he inspired confidence in me. He conveyed his knowledge about the property market in Bullsbrook and the process to sell the property very effectively. Dan was also very helpful in assisting me to get some minor issues sorted out so that we could achieve a timely settlement. Dan behaved with integrity at all times.
