Dan patiently answered all my questions and was very willing to show me the property several times. He never pushed me to buy it but gave me time to make up my own mind. After I signed the contract there were several issues that needed to be addressed and he always took care of them in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy.
