I would recommend Dane to anyone who wants to sell or purchase a property as I have now used him 3 times with successful outcomes. Dane is honest and guides you through the whole process and never seems to stop working. Dane gives realistic price advise and what is achievable in the current market.
I have been looking for a property to buy for at least 6 months, i found that a lot of agents, (one in paticular, which i wont mention) were quick to assume i was not a serious buyer, i felt i was not taken seriously and judged unfairly as i am a working single mother. Rochelle however did not judge me nor ignore my questions, she was very quick to respond to me every step of the way and from day one has treated me as a serious buyer, which thanks to her help i now proudly can say i am in the process of settling the purchase of my home i set out to buy. I have not had the pleasure of meeting or dealing with Dane, as he was out of the country when i called to view one of his properties, however im sure he knows Rochelle does a excellent job representing on his behalf, and should be proud and comforted to know she does a fantastic job for him and century 21 mandurah. Dane's market knowledge for our area proved to be accurate. His communication skills were excellent, as he addressed any queries we had immediately. His professionalism was displayed at all times and he effected a very quick sale with pleasing results.
Dane's assessment of the land we purchased was accurate, he was able to gauge a happy medium between the buyers and sellers which was reflected in our original offer. This was accepted, without hassling to and fro, so all in all a smooth exercise.
Dane has been selling real estate for our projects for the past 3 years, during which time I have found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, committed to achieve a good outcome for all parties and willing to go the extra mile no matter watch time of the day or night. I have no hesitation is recommending Dane to any potential buyer or seller, as he has been proven himself to be a very good real estate agent for our development business.
Left all issues that were noted in pre inspection and needed fixing till the last day before final inspection. Never fixed them all and left to us to fix. Told us he was going to get all issue/problems fixed after settlement but never did. Not a pleasant experience leading up to settlement. Doesn’t return phone calls to address issues. Nothing more to be said.
Dane had a tough market to deal with on this sale but he was patient and persistent and got it over the line. Tenant happy, new owner happy old owner thank-full. :-)

I chose Dane from a selection of three and he performed admirably with the task of selling the house in a difficult market. He and his staff member Rochelle along with Feona worked tirelessly to assist me get what I wanted. That it was below expectations was all down to the market. One thing I can say is that, while they were professionals doing their job, they were also very nice people. Probably contrary to the experience of some.
